Creating Scandi chic.

In this post you first saw our temporary Swedish apartment. We were really surprised by both the high ceilings (very pleasant) and the furniture layout (not so pleasant). After just a week and a half of living here, Nick and I made some changes. Our goal was to put our personal touch on the place and up the hygge factor some. Take a look!

The After:

It is amazing what some simple touches can do! We moved the furniture, shifted the lighting to the corners to make it more cozy, and added plants. Next thing to do is store all of the unnecessary furniture.
